Storage and removal of both soft and paper files within our system will be applied as per previous agreement with each client. We will sign your standard company confidentiality agreement upon request.

Virtual Assistant Ethics Pledge

Online Personal Assistants is committed to ensuring we stay in line with our Virtual Assistant Ethics Pledge. We reserve the right to decline any work which we feel may jeopardise these Ethics. As an example, we will decline any work that involves farming of email addresses and sending emails to these addresses. However, if you are willing to insert a step in which we call the relevant business to gain their permission, we are happy to take on the work.
